Our Strata Cleaning service covers everything from vacuuming stairwells & hallways, dusting balustrades and disinfecting handrails to cleaning common toilets & removing cobwebs. Common lights checked and timers set. Litter & debris in driveways & car park areas are swept up and bagged, Daily, Weekly or Fortnightly.
Fresh Living's lawn care service ensures lush, well-maintained lawns year-round. We cut lawn edges professionally, they are cut vertically along concrete paths, neatly around trees and fence lines without scalping. Debris and clippings are swept up after our service which is completed fortnightly in Summer and monthly in Winter. We also provide annual broadleaf weed treatment targeting Clover, Bindii and flowering weeds.
Need new turf laid? New garden edging? New plants planted? Fresh wood chip, bark or mulch supplied and spread over your gardens? Do you have an unruly, overgrown garden that needs an initial cut back and clean up? We maintain common area gardens keeping them weed free. Most hedges are trimmed top and sides once a month to keep them looking their best all year round. We prune low branches and cut back plants to keep common paths, driveways, car spaces and clothes lines unobstructed and clear. Noxious self-sown saplings like Privets and Camphor-Laurels are identified, stem scraped and poisoned.
Our Wheelie Bin Out & In Service teams provide an on-time bin service 7 days a week / 52 weeks a year, without missing a beat. Bonus - We don't charge extra for Public Holiday bin out/in service. On the out service, we sweep bin bay floors. Like clockwork Bins are brought in on collection day.
Our Bin Cleaning Service ensures common area bins are clean and odour free. We don't just hose out bins. We broom scrub and/or pressure clean inside of bins to clean out the gunk, grime and bin juice that causes nasty odours. Bins are rinsed and sprayed with disinfectant. On request, we can schedule your bins to be washed either weekly, monthly or every 3 months.
We have tipper trailers and tipper trucks for efficient & prompt removal of dumped rubbish, household furniture items & appliances, covering most of the Greater Sydney area. We can remove & dispose of large and small items & E-Waste including problem waste such as paints, engine oils, car tyres and mattresses. Where possible these items are taken to recycling facilities.

We professionally remove graffiti from common areas using specialized chemical and high-pressure cleaning. On painted surfaces where cleaning alone is not successful, we then apply a graffiti block primer base coat & paint the area neatly with a colour matched topcoat paint.
